We apply a 14 -day return policy, which means that you have 14 days after receiving your article to request a return.

To be able to be returned, your article must be in the same state as that in which you have received it, not worn or not used, with the labels and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To make a return, you can contact us at contact@adriaswim.com. Please note that returns are the responsibility of the customer.

The articles returned without prior return request will not be accepted. 
You can always contact us for any questions regarding returns to contact@adriaswim.com.

Damage and problems

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong article, so that we can assess the problem and remedy it.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable products (such as food, flowers or plants), tailor -made products (such as special commands or personalized items) and personal care products ( such as beauty products). We also do not accept the feedback from dangerous products, flammable liquids or gas. Do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific article.



Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on the articles ended or the gift cards.

Trades

The quickest way to make sure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return has been accepted, to make a separate purchase for the new item.

3 -day reflection period in the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within three days, for any reason whatsoever and without justification. As above, your article must be in the same state as that in which you received it, not carried or not used, with labels, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refund

We will inform you once we have received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If the refund is approved, you will be automatically reimbursed on your original payment method within 10 working days. Remember that the processing and display of reimbursement by your bank or your credit card company can take some time.
